At Austin Peay, we are large enough to offer you a broad range of educational and social options, but small enough to treat you as an individual. That’s because we provide all of the resources of a big university, with a small college feel. We serve a large population of diverse students with several degree options at the associates, bachelor’s, master’s and doctoral levels. Many of these degrees can be pursued on campus and online. Austin Peay also is working to support the region’s economic growth with several new programs that cater to the employment needs of local industries and the surrounding community.

Austin Peay State University will host its fifth annual Rural Education Conference virtually on March 18, and free registration is open now. Attendees can explore strategies for enriching student engagement, reimagining teacher education, and activating community partnerships in rural settings.
Brooklyn-based artist Khari Turner's "Lost at Sea" is on display now through March 28 at The New Gallery. Turner's artwork explores Black history and personal narratives using water collected from oceans, lakes, and rivers.
Austin Peay State University's School of Nursing and Department of Social Work will collaborate with Whispers Beyond Silence to host a Mental Health and Ministry Conference. The two-day event will train religious leaders in mental health support strategies and community resources. It will run Aug. 1-2.
